How to Reduce College Costs

     There is an array of possible ways to cut college costs:

• Be on the lookout for scholarships.  These can be academic, athletic, artistic, and/or community-service based.

• Apply to your state school or attend community college for your first two years as opposed to attending a private college/university.

• See if the school of your choice offers reduction plans for tuition

• (Same as above for room and board)

• Check out you institutions office of employment opportunities

• Try to take as many credits as possible each semester to see if you can graduate a semester early.

• Joining Reserve Officers Training Corps (ROTC) is a wise choice, because they will offer for the most part to pay partial tuition for their trainees. 

• Last, but not least, WATCH YOUR FINANCES!
